RETURNS/EXCHANGES

We want you to be 100% satisfied with your Stutter(STTTR™) Style Clothing purchase. All sales are final with no returns or exchanges unless defective from manufacturer or an exception is made by management.  If approved for return or exchange, please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable. 

• Once the return is approved to ship, customers are responsible for the return shipping as well.
• There will be a 25 percent restocking fee. 

• Once your return is received and approved, your new item(s) will be shipped out to you. Be aware that customer pays for return shipping. 

• If the return is denied your original item will be shipped back to you. 

*** Return request submissions will be approved or denied for shipping in 5-7 business days. PICTURES MUST BE SUBMITTED WITH EXPLANATION BEFORE APPROVAL***
